Transaction Cancellation:
If you change your mind after checkout, that this product is not for you within 12 Hours of your checkout, feel free to request a cancellation of transaction. We endeavour to dispatch your goods to you within 24 hours of the receipt of the order, so that why we request you to cancel the transaction within 12 hours, so that we can cancel the transaction before it gets disptached.

WARRANTY & RETURNS
All Sales are Final, returns will only be accepted if the item shipped is DOA, defective, or we have shipped you the wrong item. Returns without authorization will not be accepted and will be subject to 25% restocking fee, if everything shipped in the original purchase is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges, tax and duty. If for any reason you are being issued a refund, the shipping charges will not be refunded in any circumstances. If the item or packaging has any physical damage (burnt, chipped, cracked, seals broken, etc) or if there are accessories missing, your RMA case will be voided and the item will be returned to you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.
We are happy to accept returns for items that are defective, damaged or if the item is not as described by us. Please note, for manufacturer warranty reasons we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the packaging is damaged or losed.
We will only issue a full refund under the following circumstances:

How long does the return take?
